Ordering

Products in Fanni K website’s online store can be ordered by placing them in the basket and paying for the basket via the checkout service. All customer information is handled in confidentiality. Contact details requested during purchases will not be used for any other purpose except to deliver the order and resolve any problems with the order. You may also consent to receiving marketing emails from the online store. By placing an order in the online store, you agree that you have read and consented to the current delivery terms and the processing of your personal information. The payment gateway is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is displayed as the payment recipient in the bank statement or card payment receipt, and it transfers the payment to the vendor. The payment gateway for transactions via online banking is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. The service works the same way for users as traditional online payments.

Order and payment confirmation

Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. In order to receive a confirmation message, you must provide your email address during purchase.

Delivery method and postage

The products are shipped from Tammer Brands Oy’s warehouse by using Posti. Once your delivery has arrived, you will receive a text message. In order to receive the message, you must provide your cellphone number during purchase. The postage fee for orders from the online store is €6.90/order. If your basket total exceeds €100, no delivery fees will be charged. You can see the postage fee in the basket before placing an order.

Cancellations and returns

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have a right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of the order’s receipt.

In order to return a delivered item, please send a cancellation notification via THIS FORM. Use the drop-down menu subject “Inquiries about the online shop orders and returns”. The notification must include the purchaser’s name, email and phone number. Also write in the message box order number, product name, product code and the number of items to be returned. If you would like to return several different items, you must list all of them, including the number of each type of item.

We will send you a customer returns number that you can use to return your purchase for free at a Posti service point. The cancellation notification information must also be attached to the returned item(s). Please remove any old delivery stickers from the parcel if re-using the same one.

If the product is returned by a delivery method other than Post, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs. Payment will be refunded within 14 days from the arrival and inspection of the product.

Unclaimed parcels

Leaving a parcel unclaimed is not the same thing as returning or cancelling an order. We do not refund unclaimed parcels unless we receive a return notification.

Troubleshooting

If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, or if it does not match your order, you must notify our customer services, mentioned in the cancellation and returns instructions, within 14 days. If a parcel has been damaged in the post, you must submit a complaint to the postal services immediately.

Product support

According to the Consumer Protection Act, a product that has a manufacturing defect must generally be returned to the place of purchase. However, your feedback is of utmost importance to product development and quality control. All product returns are always processed in writing at Tammer Brands Oy.
